Refund and cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions for paid decision planning sessions.
This policy applies to paid career and personal planning sessions arranged with Lattice Career Planning Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Lattice Career Planning จำกัด), Tax ID 0105839502902, 46/7,Rama IV Road,Pathum Wan,Bangkok,10330, Thailand. Contact: info@data-lattice.store or +66-2-214-6835.
Specific fee amounts and package names are confirmed in your booking email; the timeframes below are standard market practice and proposed pending business confirmation.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid session fees when cancellation conditions below are met. Administrative payment-processing fees charged by banks may be non-refundable.
Cancellation by you
- More than 72 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees, or credit toward a new date at your choice.
- 24–72 hours before: 50% refund or one complimentary reschedule within 30 days.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund; we may offer partial credit at our discretion.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra charge.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice per booking unless your confirmation states otherwise.
Work already started
Multi-session packages: completed sessions are non-refundable; unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata if you cancel before the next session with 72 hours’ notice.
How to request
Email info@data-lattice.store with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within five business days.
Refund method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible, otherwise bank transfer within Thailand within fourteen business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act for unfair contract terms.
