We do not sell software subscriptions or automated assessments — the format is live facilitation with documented outputs you keep.

Preparation you should expect
Before the first working session you receive a short workbook covering stakeholders, constraints, and what evidence would change your mind. Arriving with calendars, offer letters (redacted as needed), and honest unknowns makes the hour productive.
